We have extensive experience with management of systems development projects both related to traditional systems applications and with Web Development initiatives.

We have a number of years of experience in working with Internet Technologies, recently we have reinforced this knowledge through training and have recent experience working with the MarcroMedia toolkit including both Flash and Dreamweaver. We also can prepare graphics and photographic materials for use in Web Pages using Adobe Photo Shop and Illustrator. We have experience with XML and XSL. We have recent experience in preparation of Brochures and Advertising materials for Clients. We prepared the documents and arranged for the printing though a local reprographics company

Small Office and DeskTop Servicing

We also help solve desktop support problems for a select group of clients on a retainer basis. For them we handle issues related to their networks and desktop computers. We have done Windows XP and other software upgrades, and problems related to back-ups and software compatibility.

We have a proven track record on Infrastructure projects in Communication, Organization, and Obtaining Commitment between all the players involved in such projects to push them forward. In a recent effort, Roger Nelson, working in a unix server consolidation, was successful in obtaining a three fold reduction in Unix servers instances with-out affecting the delivery of services to end users.

In such projects cost savings are obtained through retirement of old equipment, cancellation of license agreements, reduction in the complexity of the software used. It is not unusual to find significant opportunities to reduce this in most IT organizations which have for many years enjoyed explosive growth, but are now in these time faces with a need to reduce costs.
